Product Returns

We accept returns of unused garden lighting and irrigation products within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:

• Products must be in original packaging and unused condition
• All accessories, manuals, and components must be included
• Proof of purchase must be provided
• Products must not show signs of installation or use

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom-designed lighting or irrigation systems
• Products that have been installed or used
• Electrical components that have been connected
• Cut or modified materials
• Special order items made to your specifications

Service Cancellations

For installation and maintenance services:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before scheduled service: Full refund of deposit
• Cancellations made 24-48 hours before service: 50% refund of deposit
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before service: No refund
• Weather-related postponements: No cancellation fee, service will be rescheduled

Refund Process

To initiate a return:

• Provide your order number and reason for return
• Receive return authorization and instructions
• Ship the product back to our location at 3033 N Decatur Rd, Scottdale, GA 30079

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective garden lighting or irrigation product:

• Contact us immediately upon discovery of the defect
• Provide photos or description of the defect
• We will arrange for replacement or repair at no cost to you
• Return shipping for defective items will be covered by Slyxarondhorxell

Warranty Coverage

Our products come with manufacturer warranties that cover defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty periods vary by product:

• LED lighting fixtures: 5-year warranty
• Irrigation controllers: 3-year warranty
• Sprinkler heads and valves: 2-year warranty
• Installation labor: 1-year warranty

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for different products or models within 30 days of purchase. The product must meet all return conditions listed above. If there is a price difference, you will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee may apply to returns of opened or special order items. This fee covers the cost of inspection, repackaging, and processing.
